Heroes are here to be paired with Weapons making them Weapon Spirits. Weapons are always usable without Heroes, but with Heroes (as the spirits of the Weapons), the Weapons become stronger.
In a battle, when a weapon with a paired Hero is used, the attacking animation will show the Hero being called out (instead of showing the weapon). When paired, the Hero will be 100% called out in a fight whenever the weapon is used.
One type of weapon can effectively be paired with one Hero at the same time. There is no lifespan on heroes / number of times a hero can be paired with a weapon. There is no cooldown of switching of Hero Pairing.
Through the daily praying rituals (using Slimes that players own), players have a chance to acquire Normal Heroes from the fruit (the result of the praying rituals). Daily praying ritual is the only way to obtain level 1 Normal Heroes. There is no limitation on the number of Heroes one holds.
Hero Enhancement
To level up Heroes, players can enhance 3 Heroes of the same level to obtain a higher-level Hero. Three Heroes at the same level will be enhanced into one Hero of higher level. The enhanced hero will have boosted attributes compared to the initial 3 heroes.
🔹 Players can choose 3 different Code Names (A, B, C) to enhance. The upgraded Hero will have a ⅓ chance to be type A, B, or C.
🔹 Players can choose 2 Heroes of the same Code Name (A) and 1 Hero of another Code Name (B) to enhance. The upgraded Hero will have a ⅔ chance to be type A and a ⅓ chance to be type B.
🔹 Players can choose 3 Heroes of the same Code Name (A) to enhance. The upgraded Hero will be 100% type A.
Each Hero can be paired with a category of weapon (Large Weapon, Medium Weapon, Small Weapon, and Throwable Weapon). In other words, each category of weapon can pair with multiple Heroes.
Genesis Hero Special Skins
Please note that as long as one holds a Genesis Hero NFT, it is not mandatory to also hold a Genesis Hero Special Skin in order for the features of a Genesis Hero to function effectively in battles. When one holds a Genesis Hero Special Skin, the in-battle banner will show the Special Skin instead of the original Hero design.
During a battle, if a player owns both a Genesis Hero and a Genesis Hero Special Skin, the Genesis Hero Pairing banner will show the design of the Genesis Hero Special Skin. When the player owns more than one Genesis Hero Special Skin for the same Hero, the player can choose one skin for display during the battle, or the system will automatically display one skin that the player owns.
When a player only has a Genesis Hero Special Skin but does not have a Genesis Hero, the Skin will not be effectively displayed in the battle.
